When?
26 & 27 June 2026
FRP is proud to host our next Fabric Sale as part of London Climate Action Week, showcasing how reclaiming textiles can help tackle climate change at a local level.
Last year alone, the fabrics rescued and rehomed through FRP helped save nearly 20 tonnes of CO₂e emissions.
Most surplus textiles would otherwise be sent to landfill or incineration. Every kilogram of newly produced fabric generates emissions – in some cases as much as 25kg of CO₂e depending on the fibre type and manufacturing process.
By choosing reclaimed fabrics from FRP, you help reduce demand for newly manufactured textiles and prevent valuable materials from becoming waste. It’s a simple, practical way to support a more sustainable and low-carbon future through everyday choices.
If you are new to shopping with FRP, come and meet our friendly team who will explain our processes, where the fabrics come from and the climate benefits of shopping reclaimed for your next project.

As always, there will be a fantastic selection of fabrics and remnants available, including:

FRP offers an alternative to waste by reclaiming beautiful surplus fabrics and giving them a second life. Many of these textiles would otherwise never reach the public despite their quality and creative potential.
Every purchase supports more responsible textile use and helps build a more resilient, low-carbon future.

ABOUT LONDON CLIMATE ACTION WEEK
London Climate Action Week is one of Europe’s largest independent climate festivals, bringing together communities, organisations, businesses, campaigners, artists, and policymakers to inspire action on climate change.
Held annually across London, the week showcases a wide range of events, exhibitions, workshops, discussions, and creative projects that explore solutions for a greener, fairer, and more sustainable future. It highlights the important role that local communities and global cities play in tackling the climate crisis.
Founded in 2019, London Climate Action Week aims to harness the creativity, diversity, and innovation of London to accelerate climate action both locally and globally. By connecting people from different sectors and backgrounds, the festival encourages collaboration, learning, and practical action that can help build resilient communities and support the transition to a low-carbon future.
