At Forest Recycling Project, we work to promote a greener, more inclusive Waltham Forest. Our core mission is to reclaim, repurpose, and affordably resell materials that would otherwise end up in landfill, reducing waste and environmental impact. We currently recycle paint, scaffolding wood, and fabrics.
In addition to our recycling initiatives, we run community tool libraries where residents can borrow tools for DIY, gardening, and repair projects. With an affordable annual membership, our tool libraries make it easier for people to access the equipment they need without buying new—saving money and reducing consumption.
We believe social and environmental issues are deeply connected, and volunteering remains at the heart of everything we do.
