🪵 Scaffold Board Update We're not taking scaffold 🪵 Scaffold Board Update
We're not taking scaffold board orders at present.
📧 We'll respond to all enquiries mid August.
We're hoping to start fulfilling orders again from late August / early September, depending on board supply.
Need boards before then?
📍 Visit the warehouse to buy in person Tuesdays to Thurdays. We also usually have a small selection available in the shop on Fridays & Saturdays.
🪚 Need to sand your boards? Join WTL and borrow one of our sanders as part of your membership. We've added extra sanders this week, so it's a quicker and more affordable option than buying one. Plus, you'll get access to 600+ tools for a whole year.
Thanks for bearing with us while we work through demand. 💛
🎙️ New podcast episode alert! We joined host Cath 🎙️ New podcast episode alert!
We joined host Catherine Weetman to chat all things circular economy — and we brought reinforcements! Greg Dickson and Penny Gunn dropped by to share the story behind our Green Champions Programmes 🌱
These free 10-week courses in carpentry and textiles have helped over 600 people since we started — building skills, confidence, wellbeing and job prospects along the way 💪🧵🪚
Catherine helps businesses do more with less through circular, regenerative and fair solutions — so it was the perfect chat about how reclaimed paint, wood and textiles can power real community change here in Waltham Forest.

How did we turn this 🎨 into this ♻️? Every tin h How did we turn this 🎨 into this ♻️?
Every tin has a story.
The paint you see on our shelves started as leftover paint collected from local recycling centres. Instead of going to waste, we inspect every tin, sort it, prepare it for reuse and give it a second chance.
The result? Affordable, quality paint that's ready for your next project while helping reduce waste.
Every tin you buy helps keep perfectly usable paint out of the waste stream. 💚

✨ Beyond Brilliant White 🤍 Did you know there's m ✨ Beyond Brilliant White 🤍
Did you know there's more than one shade of white? From warm, creamy tones that make a room feel cosy to cool, crisp whites that create a fresh, modern look, choosing the right white can completely transform your space.
The best part? You don't have to choose between beautiful interiors and looking after the planet.
At Forest Recycling Project, our reclaimed paint gives perfectly good paint a second life—helping to prevent usable paint from going to waste while offering an affordable alternative to buying new. Every tin you purchase helps reduce landfill waste, conserve resources and lower carbon emissions. Together, we've reclaimed over 655,000 litres of paint reused more than 459,000 litres and saved over 1.4 million kg of CO₂.
Whether you're searching for the perfect warm white, cool white or off-white, our reclaimed paint warehouse is full of unique shades waiting to be discovered.
