Yard and Workshop Reorganising

Huge thank you to everyone who helped with yard and wall preparations over the last few weeks!

In November we will continue with yard cleaning and workshop renovations, reorganise the workshop, renovate the sanding area. We are planning to move our new workbenches inside.

As always we will be sorting all the waste wood that can be cut down and reused and wood that goes to other wood waste recycling leaving us with a clean slate and new processes to help minimise waste moving forward.

This will really help us improve our working space and allow new ideas to flourish.

You will be a part of a friendly team working on both of these on Thursdays.

Skills Needed: We welcome people of all skills and most of all enthusiasm for sorting out the yard and helping us make all the improvements. Basic carpentry skills are always welcome.

The Commitment: Volunteers to help each Thursday – 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th October

All sessions start at 1.30pm and run until 4.00pm

Place: FRP at 2c Bakers Ave. London E17 9AW

Impact: Transforming our yard space to be more effective and more pleasant for us to all work in the future. Using reclaimed wood to make products for our community customers.
